feedback

I have found on some occasions that it is most useful for my personal process to focus on the feedback that makes me feel more uncomfortable and defensive (a signal that something important has been touched and needs more attention) and purposefully ignoring the feedback that "feels good" (makes me complacent).

More recently, when I give feedback to others, I try first to find out in what universe they are living. Then I try to give feedback/appreciation that I think will light a path they may not have been aware might be useful for them.

What kind of feedback did you get this week that helped you move forward?
