I am a Cosmologist. I dedicate my life to understanding the Universe and teaching others to do the same.
My scientific foundation is rooted in a Ph.D. obtained in 2007, focusing on cosmological probes and galaxies in a cosmological context. However, my work extends beyond traditional academia. Since 2009, I have collaborated with artists, activists, Indigenous elders, and peasants, broadening my perspective on our cosmic existence. Following an unexpected meditation retreat in a Zen temple in South Korea in 2014, I have maintained a consistent meditation practice, which now permeates every aspect of my life and work.
I enjoy writing (both code and prose), solving complex analytical problems, and engaging in community work. My approach always balances pragmatism with a zeal for reflecting on Reality and our place in the Cosmos.
